- Covid-19 Update - We are following all Government Guidelines. All passengers must wear a face covering while travelling on our vehicles, unless there is a medical exemption, or they are under 11yrs. All of our vehicles have hand sanitiser at the entrance point of the vehicle for customer use. From the 17th May 2021, private hire transport vehicles can make use of 100% of forward facing seats, however, passengers may be required to sit in allocated seat groupings should different social bubbles be travelling together. Please allow the driver to disembark before you board the vehicle. Should you be travelling with different social bubbles, please conform to social distancing requirements whilst waiting to board the vehicle, and load to the rear of the vehicle first when boarding. Please allow the driver to disembark before you do, and unload from the front of the vehicle first. Any luggage being taken on a journey will need to be loaded into and out of the vehicle by the passengers. Please be sure to take any rubbish with you, including disposable masks. We require a name and contact number for all of our bookings, but this will also be used should it be needed for the purpose of the NHS Track and Trace System. All vehicles have an enhanced cleaning regime in place and are cleaned in between every journey, including all touch points, seats, and floors, using Ultra AX (which passes BSEN 14476 and is effective against Coronavirus).

If it is not possible for us to replace/transfer then a full refund will be given
